How to Change or Reset Your Password

Step 1: Open “Log in” page

Step 2: On the password screen, click “Forgot your password? Reset now”

Step 3: You’ll be redirected to the Forgot password request page

Step 4: Enter your email address again and click “Submit”

Step 7: Open your email inbox and find the password reset email from creepon DTT

Step 8: Click the reset link in the email

Step 9: On the reset page, enter your new password and confirm it

Step 10: Click “Reset Password”

Step 11: You’ll be redirected to the login screen – log in with your new password
